  • How Quickly Will My Order Ship?

    Orders are completed and shipped out within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Custom and personalized orders

  • How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

    Shipping for US orders typically takes 1-2 weeks, while International order can take 4-6 weeks.

    ✫ SHIPPING UPDATE: Please allow extra time for shipping & delivery due to the global pandemic. This has caused some packages to take longer than usual to reach their destination, and I appreciate everyone's patience. Please feel free to message me with any questions and concerns! Thank you!! ✫

  • Are *all* of the stickers water / weatherproof?

    We currently offer two sticker options: Glossy and Weatherproof Matte.

    The GLOSSY Stickers are not waterproof and work great on surfaces that will not come in to contact with moisture like paper, electronics, etc.

    The WEATHERPROOF MATTE are perfect for applications that may come in contact with moisture, and utilize a wastewater inkjet coating while maintaining a strong, permanent adhesive. PLEASE NOTE: To prevent ink from scratching off in HIGH-CONTACT applications an additional topcoat spray is recommended.

  • Shipping FAQ - DOMESTIC (US)

    * Standard: shipped via USPS in a traditional envelope backed with chipboard. Tracking is available via USPS.

    Note: USPS will not always scan these items resulting in an incorrect status (some will state not shipped when they have).

    * ALL OTHER: Items are packaged in a rigid paperboard or bubble mailer with additional chipboard. Tracking is available through USPS.com.

  • Shipping FAQ - INTERNATIONAL

    * Standard Shipping: shipped via USPS in a traditional envelope backed with thick chipboard. Tracking is not available for this option.

    * ALL OTHER: Items are packaged in a rigid paperboard or bubble mailer with additional chipboard. Tracking is available through Etsy AND USPS.com.

  • Lost Parcels, Damaged Mail, etc

    The unfortunate reality with shipping is that items are sometimes lost or damaged by the post office during transit. I can't do any type of refund (money back, product exchanges, discounts, etc) for any damaged or lost mail. With that in mind, please be careful when entering your shipping address, etc.!

  • "Return To Sender - Not Deliverable As Addressed"

    If you submitted an incorrect address and your mailed item has been returned to me stating: "Return To Sender - Not Deliverable As Addressed - Unable to Forward", I will gladly re-send you the item, however, I WILL have to charge you ADDITIONAL SHIPPING as the mistake was not on my end and was due to an incorrectly submitted address when ordered.

    I will reach out to you for a new and correct address, and once that has been confirmed and payment for the additional shipping is complete, I will mail your order with the new address and packaging.

    Please make sure to verify your address before process your order to avoid this situation. I love when your items make it to you quickly and without issue, so let's work together to make that happen!

  • Customs Fees / VAT & IOSS Taxes

    For UK/EU customers, please be aware that you may be charged a VAT / IOSS tax on your order when it reaches customs. I do not collect VAT / IOSS taxes and will not be responsible for them. All taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in neither the product cost or shipping fee. Be aware that unpaid taxes / fees will likely result in the order being returned to me.
