Inktober 2014 - My Singing Monsters Inspired

Back in 2014 my daughter was obsessed with the mobile game My Singing Monsters, and we played it together daily. You basically collected and bred various Monsters that sung different sounds on your Island. They formed their own little orchestra and depending on what monsters you had, your music was unique to your Island / Monsters. It was neat and fun to play! Though we don’t play any longer, I had a lot of great memories of playing the game with her and, when the time came for me to participate in first Inktober, I of course I had to make it based on the game.

I didn’t follow any prompts that year (I don’t even know if they had any that year to be honest!) but instead chose the Monsters that both of us picked out. I wound up drawing 51 Monsters from the game in total and even created a few Youtube videos in a “Draw with me” style that was popular then.
